Hyaluronic acid is the body’s natural reservoir for water, and is responsible for maintaining correct levels of hydration in moisture sensitive environments. Hydeal-D® is a derivative of hyaluronic acid that is specially designed to resist enzymatic breakdown, thus giving Hyalo GYN® a longer duration of action.
Hyalo GYN® supplements the body’s natural hydrating function, and is intended for use as a hydrating agent in patients suffering from vaginal dryness of various origins, and micro-lesions of the epithelium that can result from a poorly lubricated environment. It was developed especially for women whose vaginal epithelium does not produce sufficient hydration / lubrication and therefore is prone to itching, inflammation, bacterial infections and painful sexual intercourse. This altered and disturbed regulation process can occur:
• After childbirth
• During breastfeeding
• During menopause
• Among menopausal women, who are not taking any hormone supplements
• During chemotherapy
• After taking oral contraceptives
• During times of stress
INDICATIONS: Hyalo GYN® is indicated for the hydration and lubrication of the vaginal epithelium in patients suffering from vaginal dryness of various origins.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Hyalo GYN® is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
WARNINGS and PRECAUTIONS:
1. In cases of vaginal infection, consult your doctor before using this product.
2. The product can be used during menstruation.
3. Each applicator is for single use only.
4. If the package proves to be damaged, do not use the product.
5. Keep out of reach of children.
6. Keep in a cool, dry place under 40° C (104° F).
7. Do not use the product after the expiration date shown on the packaging.
8. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and see a doctor.
9. This is not a spermicide and does not provide protection against pregnancy.
10. Slippery, avoid spill.
11. Safety and effectiveness of the product has not been evaluated in pregnant women.

How to apply the product:
1. Screw the applicator (complete with plunger) onto the opening of the tube.
2. Pull the plunger back until the piston is about halfway up the applicator.
3. Squeeze the tube and fill the applicator up to the piston.
4. Unscrew the applicator from the tube and, after thoroughly washing your hands and the area around your vagina, insert it into the vagina while assuming a crouching or supine (lying down) position.
5. Push the plunger until all the gel has been expelled.
6. Extract the applicator. The applicators are for single use only and must be discarded after use.
7. In cases of severe dryness, it is advisable to expel a small amount of gel from the applicator before use, so that the tip is lubricated before being introduced into the vagina.
FREQUENCY OF USE: The frequency with which Hyalo GYN® should be used depends on how dry the vaginal mucosa is. One application every three days for a period of thirty days is recommended, unless otherwise recommended by your health care provider.
HOW SUPPLIED: Hyalo GYN® is supplied in a 30 gm tube along with 10 applicators.
