My dermatologist recommended Matrix 5000 to me, and within weeks I could tell a difference. As of November, 2012, my nails are once again growing out strong with no peeling, etc.
Pros: Easy to take once a day
Cons: There are no cons as far as I am concerned!

cwise (4/30/2010)I have always had weak nails. After trying the nail conditioner and having great results I tried the hair and nail vitamins. I love what has happened to my nails. I am still on my first bottle and have already seen results. I love it and will continue to use this product.
Pros: The pills are not so big that they are hard to swallow. Just one a day is all that is needed.
Cons: I haven't found anything I dislike.

Pros: The tablet is not too large to swallow (I have problems with swallowing some pills) The staff was wonderful to work with.
Cons: Although the product worked you have to be extremely patient because it did take half way through my third bottle (approximately 5 months) to see the results.
