Apply a small amount of Afirm to the face, neck and under the eyes at bedtime.

Been using a long time. Years. My doctor recommended it. Keep returning. Good for wrinkles, overall tone, acne, turnover of tissue. Increases smoothness of skin.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: Cant wear in the day as far as I know. Have to use at night only

excellent dependable retinol cream. I used 3x without working up to it, but I use other products. You might want to start at 1x or 2x. Makes skin bright, smooth,helps remove keritosis.
Pros: easy to use. Affordable.
Cons: must use sun screen on new skin.

This is a great addition to an MD Forte regimen. I will continue to use Afirm.
Pros: Easy to use and no peeling as other retinol products.
Cons: Should stay out of sun.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS FELT IT IS A PERFECT RETIN A CREAM FOR SOMEONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING ON THE MILDER SIDE BECAUSE IT COMES IN 3 STRENGTHS. I LOVE WHAT IT HAS DONE FOR MY 40`S SKIN!

I do get compliments on my 50 year old plus skin tone.
I would suggest using the the weaker strength before progressing to the 3X.
Pros: I have been using this product for many years and believe I get similiar results that chemicals have given me except, that the process is more gradual.
Cons: Of course, there has been skin peeling. This means the process is working. It helps to exfoliating this skin with a facial scrub sponge. It goes without saying that a good mosturizer in needed as well.

I love this product...it makes my skin glow and the price it perfect! I initially was introduced to Afirm by my dermatologist to assist with acne control. The added benefit was smooth lineless skin. Once my acne was controlled, I stopped using Afirm. I have recently returned, when my doctor recommended using retinols to improve my skin texture & clarity. This product does the trick. My skin is radiant again! I use 3X on my face, I use the lower strengh on my neck and decollage (these areas tend to be more sensitive). If you have sensitive skin, start with 1X and possibly move up.
Pros: It absorbs quickly and really smoothes your skin.
Cons: Don't over use, can cause irritation. Every other night initially, increasing to nightly if well tolerated.

Affirm 3 was recommended by my dermatologist to keep my skin healthy, youthful, glowy and smooth. It really, really works. I`ve relied on it for years. It even makes discoloration go away. I use it every night and my friend comment on how great my skin looks.

I`ve been using Afirm 3x and 1x off and on for years. I`ll try something new but I always go back to Afirm.
Pros: I use Afirm 3x on my face and 1x on my neck and chest. I don't have any wrinkles and my pores are minimized. The price is great and the results are fantastic.

I have been using this product for ~one month and have noticed a significant difference in the firmness of my skin. I recommend the product as performing what it`s advertised to do.
Cons: Use caution as this product can actually dry out your skin during the rejuvination processes.
